JRF Torque Control

Designed, tested and manufactured in Australia this exceptional quality torque control device will transform the power delivery of your 250cc or 300cc TM Racing 2-Stroke machine.
Using a hydraulic damper system this easily adjustable 8-setting device will allow you to tune your engine to the conditions with the simple click of a wheel, using the 8 control settings the speed and rate of which the powervalve governor opens and closes the powervalve guilltoines is controlled more precisely allowing your engine to reach it's potential in all conditions controlling the 'snap' and delivery of the engines power to maximise traction in all conditions. This is porbably the most simple and effective way of 'tuning' you engine without the need for exhaust systems, flywheel weights, carb spacers or expensive engine work, this device can 'tuned' in seconds changing your machine from it's stock 'snappy' power delivery in setting number 1 to a rocky hill climbing specialist in setting number 8 with just the turn of the adjuster wheel. Used by countless race teams and customers in Australia the JRF Torque Control device is simple to use, easy to fit and can be quickly removed and fitted to your next TM Racing machine allowing you current mahcine to return to it's stock configuration.

We are currently waiting for Team TM UK's decal supplier, Motoshack, to create the 2012 design for our team, the design will be based heavily on the genuine 2012 TM Racing decal kit as per previous years, we can't wait to see what Jim comes up with for this year for the Motocross and Enduro Teams !

Available to order now is a complete new exhaust system designed, tested and manufactured by hand for the TM Racing 250Fi MX and Enduro machines.

     

This new system from Scalvini, which is compatible with TM Racing's fuel injection monitoring system, releases an additional 2bhp peak power and an increase of torque right through mid range whilst retaining noise levels of 92/94db in the Enduro system and 94/96db in the Motocross system. The systems also give you that 'factory' look with their hand welded construction and carbon fibre and titanium silencers.

Jim Davies and Ryan Pottenger's 125cc TM machines sported a new look for the last round of the 125 Championship at Silverstone and certainly got some attention, with a combination of a blue front plastics blending into a black rear plastics with the aid of newly designed team decal kit from 'Motoshack' the bikes looked stunning and the spectators agreed.
